SUSTAINABILITY
We have done a lot to make the sneakers as environmentally friendly as possible. The canvas used in our vulcanized sneakers is fully organic. The rubber used in the soles is from a natural sustainable source. Each sneaker has specialised, washable, comfort footbeds in all the styles and these are made from 25% plant-based material and covered with a 70% recycled fabric.
Where leather sources are used, Goodsole try and always use leather from Leather Working Group tanneries, a global organisation and community committed to building a sustainable future with responsible leather practices.
The laces are made with a high proportion of organic cotton. The handy travel dust bag provided is made from 100% organic cotton.
Lastly, the boxes are made from 100% post-consumer recyclable cardboard, and they are designed with a 100% recycled polyester fabric handle which means no extra carry bag is needed once they are purchased.
CARE GUIDE
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your sneakers, avoid using a washing machine as it may alter the properties of the materials.
Before wearing them for the first time, we recommend waterproofing your sneakers with a spray suitable for the material and repeating this process periodically.
Canvas models: the canvas can be brushed with cold water and soap of Marseille.
Leather models: to maintain the smooth leather of your shoes, wipe with a damp cloth and periodically apply a specific leather care product in spray or cream form.
Suede models: to increase the longevity of your shoes and to keep the suede in top form use a waterproof spray before first use and maintain with regular dry brushing and waterproofing.

Our 2001 Parallel and Crossroads styles tend to run half a size smaller than all other styles.
