SHIPPING
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Shipping within Australia
- Standard Postage - 3 + business days
- Express Postage - 1-2 business days
- All stock orders are packed and shipped withing 1-3 business day of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays
- Orders placed after 10am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day
- We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100, with the exception of large furniture items.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order is packed and leaves our premises, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
Our pricing for orders within Australia are estimated below.
We use various providers to ship your orders and the estimated delivery time is 1 - 7 business days, however this may vary dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and the couriers we use. In many cases customers in the metropolitan areas will receive their orders the day after it has been shipped. Regional and out of state areas can take up to 7 days.

Oversized items
Oversized Items including furniture, pots and fragile items.
- Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase an oversized item info@zylishliving.com.au
- If your purchase is an oversized item we will contact you to discuss a quote for delivery.
- You must allow a minimum of 2 working days for a shipping quote to be obtained and provided.
- Once agreed the order will be sent out within 4 days of the shipping quote being accepted and paid for.
- Orders being sent to remote areas may be subject to large shipping quotes.
International Shipping
All international delivers are processed through Australia Post International Services and come with a tracking number. Pending your location, time frames may vary. On average shipping can take anywhere between 6-15 business days.
Additional Information
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Zylish Living cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
